Many probably don’t realise this, but we control our own inventory of 4,000+ components used for our own remanufacturing process.

By stocking our own inventory of parts and building a decades long relationship with the manufacturers, we can control the quality. Drawing from our 100 years of industry knowledge, we know what works and what doesn’t. As new part numbers are added, we ensure they meet or exceed the OE Manufacturers components. Referencing copies of original assembly drawings and comparing side-by-side to original samples we ensure the components used to remanufacture your brake components, meet or exceed the strict standard set not only by the manufacturer, but our own internal standards which are a result of many years of refining the process.
Our Own Repair Kits
95% of the repair kits we provide are exclusively our own, meticulously crafted from the same high-quality inventory that we utilise for our remanufacturing processes. This unique approach is a key differentiator for us in the industry. By maintaining our own stock of parts specifically for remanufacturing, the components included in your repair kit are identical to those we use in our own operations. This not only guarantees compatibility but also provides us with firsthand knowledge and assurance of the parts’ fit and performance. Accuracy In Cataloguing
Not only do we have the invaluable opportunity to thoroughly verify the quality and fit of the components included in our repair kits, but we also gain the chance to engage in “hands-on parts cataloguing”. This approach is the most accurate method of cataloguing. By knowing vehicle information, such as the specific month and year of manufacture, we can either confirm the accuracy of existing catalogue listings or, when necessary, create entirely new listings. This process ensures that our catalogues stay up-to-date and reflect the most current and accurate data.
